ISO 9001: 2000 REGISTRATION
ISO 9001:2000 registration is only awarded to those companies that can prove, through audit, that all aspects of their Quality Management System have been implemented and are being consistently followed and maintained. In addition to the internal audits that happen regularly throughout the year, the Registrar conducts surveillance audits, which occur annually. The audits are completed to ensure the quality system is being maintained and is resulting in improvements not only to customer satisfaction but also to the overall quality of all business processes.
The ISO 9000 series standards are internationally recognized quality management system requirements developed by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO). It places great emphasis on quality planning and commitment by top management and all employees.
